Light mushroom lasagna

A light still creamy meatless lasagna filled with mushrooms, low-fat ricotta cheese, spinach and tomato sauce, makes a welcome meal for a lot. Filling and delicious, you miss is not the meat. A hearty and nutritious dinner with a side of steamed broccoli and peas are used.
